I’d been looking at vehicles for some time, this dealer had the vehicle I wanted at a good price, but the transparency and genuine experience my family had was the thing that closed the deal. Might and day difference in experience here vs chevy dealerships in my area.

I emailed the Chevy team and requested pictures of the escalade. Then Morgan told me the car was being processed in. Then she said it was going to the detail shop. Then I received another email the truck was in the repair shop to fix the hatch. Then I get a email saying I should put a down payment on the car. Why should I put a down payment on a car I didn’t even see pictures off. Then cargurus page says pictures will come soon. That didn’t happen. Then she said some one else put a down payment and the Escalade wasn’t available. I sent a few emails for pictures and all I got was it was being worked on and detailed. Then you want someone to put money down on a car that you didn’t provide pictures!! Seriously!! I guess things are done differently in your state versus NJ. Thank you for nothing!
