I would never trust PM auto group again. I hired a pre purchase inspection mechanic to check the vehicle for me since I’m out of state and he found some issues with the suspension as well as some other more minor issues. When I spoke to PM Auto Group about these issues they stated they took care of them immediately and the car would be in great shape. When the car was delivered it was immediately obvious the suspension issues as well as the other minor issues were not resolved. The deeper I dove (mechanically) into the car the worse it got. The oil had not been changed in a long time and was low, there was no coolant in the vehicle, the engine air filter and the cabin air filter were so clogged that I still don’t understand how the vehicle was running/A/C was still working. I have pictures of both filters. I’ve got the car running well now and she’s all cleaned up but only after repairs and an extensive detailing that I wish I could have them pay for. Lesson learned I suppose.
