I had a great experience at the dealership. Each staff member that I encountered throughout the process was helpful and courteous. My salesman, Chris, explained everything in detail and demonstrated patience with it being my first dealership purchase experience. The vehicle description was accurate, pricing was below market value, Carfax was provided without hesitation... overall it was a pleasant experience. I will definitely go back in the future when I'm ready for an upgrade!!

A car was listed at $11,890 on their website. When we sat down after driving the car I was handed a sheet with the car listed at $11,890 + an MVP fee of $1495 (12.5% add on) and so the TTL was calculated from a total of $13,385. Seems like that MVP should have been listed in the asking price of the car on their website. The Total out-the-door cost they were asking for with a $450 doc fee was $15,327 on a car listed on the website at 11,890.

Everyone was welcoming and professional, spoke with manager who gave me his time even though I wasn't walking in the door to spend a lot of money.

They called and texted me but being not close enough to test drive. I decided to not get the vehicle from them.
