Bruce was absolutely wonderful to work with. He called right after I sent my inquiry about the car. He went above and beyond to make sure I got a monthly payment that I was comfortable with. He stayed later than normal business hours. Like others said before allowed for a several mile test drive. When my husband and me first arrived he had just taken the car to wash, vacuum, and put gas in it. Upon doing that he had a minor issue with the car. He was very honest about it and offered us SEVERAL very accommodating options. If there was an actual problem with the car. 1) we could do the paperwork and he would give me a loaner car until it was fixed. 2) we could take the car and if the issue happened again he would have it towed back to his place and fix at no cost to us. 3) or we could look at other cars. We loved the car so much we decided to take it. And are VERY happy with our purchase. Will definitely be recommending him to anyone who needs a car.
