Terrible experience! They said they would hold the car for my 1 hour commute after I explained my interest. 47 minutes into my 1 hour drive, they called me to tell me that they just sold the car. They put the $ in front of customer service. I will never shop there.

They had no information on previous vehicles damage and their ad said accident with no damage. Clearly there had been damage.

I'm not from the local area but drove a distance to get the car. The vehicle was a fleet loaner and it was not detailed very well on the inside which I found out after I arrived home. The finance guy told me I had to go to the original dealership to get a refund on an extended warranty which I was told by another dealer was not true. If I knew my regular dealer could have traded for the vehicle I wouldn't have driven. I won't ever go back to this dealer. My local area dealer is where I will stick for now. Wouldn't budge on the trade either and car listed at a very significant profit. Salesman was fine to deal with but overall don't recommend dealer.

Tommy and Maddy are the picture of friendliness and professionalism. I live a few states from their dealership, and I was concerned about the complications of purchasing a car from out of state, especially since this was my very first car. In the end, I didn't need to worry about any of that, as they made the process as smooth as butter, keeping me updated regularly and answering any and all questions. When looking at their other vehicles, the prices for the value and care are unbeatable compared to the dozens of other dealerships I had considered. I am so, so happy to have purchased my first car from them, and I've already recommended their dealership with family and friends.
