Was told I could come in to purchase the 2014 buick encore.but when I got there they told me it had already been sold. They never bothered to inform me before I came to the dealership.

I enjoyed the buying experience with Autoboss. I went there to look at a few used cars for my son and was pleased with their pricing and customer service. I felt their pricing was fair and of good value on several vehicles on the lot. I felt my time was respected as I did go thru all the back and forth on pricing between salesperson and their manager like at most dealerships typically do and I was not pressured by today or by end of month sales. I was happy with our purchasing experience.
