Peter and Lewis are some great young men from start to finish. I am so happy I talk to Pete the day before I came there. He gave me great advice and the next day I had to meet him because he was so patient when we were on my phone. He answered all my questions politely and honest. When my husband and I got there we met them both and the worked as a great team. I met the owner and he was just as nice and business ready! I know where I will be referring my family and friends❤️I’m enjoying my nice ride Pete!

Though the car sold to someone else, my interaction with Cary motors West Pleasant. They were quick to respond to questions.

Experience was good

Great experience and quick. I was able to test drive and draw my own conclusion. Spent bout an hour, or hour and half top for the whole process. They were very respectful and informative. I will be purchasing my 2nd vehicle from them soon

Call many times dealer never called back. Then texted me 4 days later. I was going to buy the car straight out. I felt he was not interested.

I filled out all the info to buy the BMW and never received any communications at all from Best Auto. It was kinda depressing because I wanted to purchase the car but wasn’t sure if it was a scam after no contact from dealer. Maybe it was just an overlook mistake by them I don’t know but my experience was not good. I would still purchase the car but not even sure if it’s a real car and a real sale.
