I was very disappointed with the response. I was told the vehicle, I wanted to purchase, was being sent for routine maintenance and wouldn't be available for 2 to 3 weeks. The vehicle was posted online and looked like it was ready to purchase. The salesperson said he would get back to me the next day with a status update. I never heard back from them and 2 days later the vehicle

Great experience at California motors direct. Junior was very communicative. He had the car out ready for us. The overall sales process was simple and easy. When I had a question about my contract Junior and Finance manager Benjamin addressed it and the outcome made me happy. I appreciate the work they did with us.

I went in to inquire about a car that was apparently in transport. After I went again, I saw an extremely nice gentleman who was the GM. He introduced himself as Darren. After I explained I was there for the car that hadn’t arrived yet, he promised that he would keep the car for me, and even someone with a bag of money came, he would keep the car for me just because it was promised to me. And, he said I did not need to sign anything because he wanted me to see the car first, and not to make a commitment blindly. I was so impressed by so much decency and integrity. I highly recommend them.
