I recently purchased a vehicle from BMW - Carlsbad/AutoNation, and I cannot recommend this team highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was transparent, professional, and actually enjoyable. First, a huge thank you to my sales representative, Michael Torres. Michael was incredibly helpful and patient as I evaluated my options. He was straightforward about the vehicle’s history and made sure all my technical questions were answered without any high-pressure tactics. The Sales Management Team was also fantastic. They offered me a very fair and competitive price for my trade-in, which was a major factor in making this deal happen. It’s rare to find a management team that works with you to hit your budget goals so effectively. Finally, the Financial Advisor made the paperwork side of things a breeze. The loan arrangements were handled promptly, and they were very respectful of my preferred financing through my credit union, ensuring the terms were clear.

I inquired about a Porsche GT4 RS and was willing to move forward quickly. Unfortunately, my experience with financing through Quantum was frustrating. My credit was pulled multiple times without a clear update, and communication often lagged — I went several days without responses. Eventually I was told financing wasn’t possible, but it took over a week to get that clarity. While the team was polite and the car inventory is attractive, the process left me feeling uncertain and stalled. I had to escalate just to get information on where things stood, and ultimately I had to request my deposit back. For high-end purchases, I expected more transparency, faster answers, and clearer guidance.

So far they've been great. We are in the process of trying to purchase a vehicle from them remotely, which is challenging. They seem to be very familiar with the ins and outs of the process.

Very satisfied with ,all aspects of deale process, vehicle was just slightly out of reach for my budget. Would recomend this dealership.

After viewing the listing and considering everything the car had going for it, I initiated contact. I was then contacted by the dealership the next day and when I explained I lived out of state and would need to have the car shipped the conversation turned sour. The salesman I spoke with had a very poor attitude and acted as if I was wasting his time. He told me to call them later. And I got the feeling like I was a subpar customer in some way. A day or two later I contacted them via the internet and asked for the Carfax. It has been several days since and I am still waiting to hear from them. The car has a big question mark hanging over it now.

The sales rep...Patrick Freeman...was outstanding. I am just not sure this vehicle was the right one for me.
