Very honest dealership! Told me everything about the car and was very helpful with the deal. Whole process took less than an hour.

Didn’t purchase a car with they but they were very responsive and transparent with pricing. Also, they let me test drive the car I was looking at for a good amount of time near the end of their day which I thought was great and not the treatment I’d get at other dealers.

Very poor end user experience. Dealer business model is subpar. Sales person claims 30 years in business and stated willingness to negotiate fair deal. He asked his manager for best price ($800 below asking). Other locations giving $1500+ discount due to year end. This car was used 2024 with extremely low mileage. Dealer priced it as a NEW 2025!! Would not consider $800 fair deal when KBB listed average sale price around $32.5k vs listed of $37k. Sales never called me back - had to contact him about car status. Very frustrated with this dealer experience. Never buy car from them in future.

Asked a half a dozen questions times whether a couple models had the h-Tex seats and this rep Bryant Juarez wouldn’t sander the question. At first he said all Ioniq 5’a had them. I knew for a fact they didn’t because I looked at a bunch of 2024 SEL’s that did not. So he just kept saying when do you want to come in for a spin instead of answering a basic question I had. Also this was across like 5 email exchanges where he would answer me 24 hours later. I guess he’s just too busy. I bought somewhere else last weekend.

The salesperson was nice and professional. However, apparently, Hertz has a "no haggle" pricing where they won't negotiate the price (at least that is what I was told). The price is whatever is advertised. If I would have known that, I wouldn't have bothered going.

Dealership was helpful and always communicated with me.

I have been looking for car quite a while. Found a vehicle to my liking I decided to contact Oxygen Auto for more information about the car. The owner responded quickly, promptly, and transparently. I decided to visit and test drive the car and purchase the car. He was very courteous, accommodating, and straight forward. He's not the typical pushy sales person that you meet at a dealership. Overall, highly recommend to all my family and anyone looking for vehicle. 5 star ⭐
