Kept sending me the same email over and over and apparently there was no communication between them and they weren’t even aware that I had an appointment and the vehicle sold in the meantime and kept sending emails for me to come see it

I did a walk-in as soon as I walked in. I was immediately greeted by a guy named Charles. I strongly recommend down to Earth and straight to the point kinda guy.

I live in Virginia and was looking for a Ford Maverick with preferences based on my budget. Every prior dealership I contacted, did not address my preferences and concentrated on selling me a new Maverick. I expanded my search and found the Maverick that I wanted at Boardman Toyota. In spite of the distance, everything worked out great logistically and overall. I was able to rent a car, one way to Boardman, and return it right across the street from the dealership. Mike, the Salesperson and Erica, the Finance Manager were both efficient, informative and very professional. I am grateful and very appreciative for their help. If the opportunity presents itself again, I would do it all again and buy another vehicle with their help. Great people. There service was great. The vehicle was really nice and was in great condition. Definitely will recommend. Transaction went smooth and easy.

The salesperson was great. Andrea was very friendly. I bought the car but I was disappointed in the gimmicks and how long this took. 3 plus hours is a long time. Also when they lowballed me on my trade. I could have walked but I liked the car. Overall the experience wasn't like terrible . Everyone was polite and friendly. The push for the extended warranty was amusing, but he needs to understand the word no. Would I go back? Sure, but hopefully not for a long time.
