I had a family emergency that has not allowed for me to visit or followup. But they have with me and have been very courtious and engageing but respectful so I look forward to possibly working with them on our transportation needs.

Michelle was very courteous and very professional. She wasn't pushy trying to convince me to purchase the car. She tried to help me all that she could.

An absolutely Amazing experience at Diplomat Motors! I came from the Seattle area because they were that great! The conversation first started with Mark via Facebook Marketplace on a Lotus Evora that I was very interested in. He answered all my questions promptly and professionally. Gabe and Timothy then took it from there with financing and answering addtional questions I had about the loan and what I needed to bring to the table. Terms were great. These guys actually got my rate down to a surprisingly low percentage rate for me via a credit union! Also thanks to Phil that also assisted with paperwork virtually. Overall the guys made sure I was taken care of, questions answered, and expectations established. They helped me review all the documents via DocuSign and everything was wrapped up in about 15 mins. I swear this was the fastest car buying experience I have ever had! Highly recommend. Process was smooth and the showroom was high-end and top tier. I will be back!
