Initially they responded rapidly, But when I asked for the price “out the door” I got radio silence. My guess is that they advertised a low price, then they add ridiculous unnecessary add-ons that jack up the price to enhance their profits. The old bait and switch. I bet they wouldn’t like that if someone did that to them

Drive 2 hrs to see vehicle ready to purchase. When I arrived the vehicle was filthy. Didn’t look like the picture posted. The salesman couldn’t answer any questions I had on the vehicle. Very dissatisfied and waste of time.

I asked the dealership for an out the door price quote. They want to play games sending videos. I specifically asked for the quote by email as that was my preferred method of contact. They immediately kept calling my phone and subscribing me to text messages. It was annoying and harassing. Those old car buying tactics don’t work on everybody especially me. If you can not do what I ask then do not contact me. I was a guarantee cash paying customer. I don’t have time for the games. No one needs to come in and test drive in order to get an out the door price.
