The day of the purchase was longer than expected but not excessive and it was mostly due to others purchasing in front of us. The staff was great and met our needs for sure.

Dominique and I spoke and discuss about the car. I said I will call him back to once I have the insurance and loan docs ready. When I called him back, he upped the price by 15k and said the car was sold. Then he proceeded to say the car is actually going to the auction. Then he said he will call me back in an hour because he might be able to get the car back. He never called. That was that. He was upset because i didn’t want to use his loan provider.

Great and very good communication overall very good for all the feed back.

I didn’t have a chance to buy the car due to not being able to get to the dealership in time. My fault, but the salesman kept me updated the entire time.
