Very pleased with my experience at Casa de Cadillac, I was contacted by Tyson Williams of internet sales, I visited the dealer and Eric showed me the XT5 I was interested in, I finalized the purchase with Mariola Sharsky, Fleet Manager, Joe Baba handled the financial details. When I 1st called I spoke to Robert. He was helpful and made making an appointment easy. He introduced me to Matt once I arrived. Matt also was very helpful, knowledgable, and patient. Went for a test drive and started the paperwork. I am very happy with the service that I received. They made the sale happen smoothly. Still took about 3 hours. I believe that was more due to contacting my bank on a Saturday.

Ok it was just fine.

This was a complete bait and switch operation. They advertise the car for $42,663.00. I initiated the purchasing process only to find out that the car was now $73,665. The dealership offered nothing. No apology, no discount, no nothing. I claimed false advertising, they claimed it was just a mistake. I would never deal with this establishment.

MonaLiza was a great sales agent, and other people like the financial manager Gregory were helpful as well. Overall, very happy with the purchase (However, I cannot say the same about other sales agents, so I recommend asking for Mona)

Avia, greeted us and was very friendly and Knowledgeable about the CT5 we were interested in. The Car was in immaculate condition and we did a short test drive. I highly appreciate how professional and courteous Avia treated us. Although, we didn't purchase the CT5, because our trade in value of my XT5 was low. However we would definitely visit this dealership in the future.
