The usual used car sales tricks. There should be laws for the consumer!!! First they didn't have the car, they had a different car they showed me. Then they did find the 2019 Suburban, but with a higher price. They looked at my trade and produced a sales contract. The numbers never stayed the same on the contract. We talked it back and forth a few times. In the end, I would give them my trade, free. And still pay way more than the original price. I left, did not buy anything there. This all came from their management. The sales person, James Sanchez, was always very pleasant to deal with and professional.

The dealership will list a price. You confirm with the website (car gurus). No other price listed. I call and ask the dealership to ship the car (listed free delivery). Booom! I speak with a dealer and they say: The dealership wants 50K over sticker. I ask where is it listed on the dealership advertisement because the advertised dealer price is not reflective. They say it’s at the bottom of some text (still can’t find it). Hope you have better luck

Great dealer they had my car ready at the front by the entrance when I arrived and gave me a red carpet treatment, the facility is really cool. They have a museum inside and a cafeteria when I was waiting for the financing I was having a burger :) it just made my day. The transaction was very smooth and I got a really good deal. Thank you so much I'll be back for my second car here.
