Cadillac dealerships near me (Cincinnati, OH)

Once the dealership was able to get me financed at 25% they dropped me like a hot potato and all communication stopped. All the dealers numbers were different than what car gurus numbers were??? watch out for shipping cost as the dealer is much higher than what is online ???Very bad first experience. Trying to buy a car online and having it shipped would not recommend this dealership.

Very satisfying

I called to find out if one of the options were on the car. The sales person called to return my text, but did not know if the option was on the car. Later, I will view the car again and that option was listed. So they did listen to what I have to say to list all the options but did not return the call to give me the information.

Nobody has yet to contact me at all they have my phone number as well as my text numbers and yet no one has still contacted me about said vehicle that I was very much interested in

They communicated and followed up like professionals. We just found a better deal somewhere else.

car i was interested in, was being advertised for 24000 something, I made contact, next day price was 25800, went to look at and was told not available yet, then next morning it was listed for 27800, 3 days later car still wasn't available, most likely will never do business with this dealer ever again
