Buick dealerships near me (Virginia Beach, VA)

The Tahoe I was interested in already had a deposit put down on it when I got to the dealership. The truck also had a big yellow sticker with red font that said this unit not for sale on the windshield. I was told they were going to submit my finance application for approval/denial first thing in the morning since I was there at 6:30-7 pm while I checked on a couple of things. They said the people with a deposit would have an answer for them the next day. I called to follow up the next day and was told they were still waiting on an answer from the people with a deposit but I was next in line for it if the declined and they would be in touch. They never submitted my application and I never heard from them again

Never followed up. Never sent pictures as promised or had any info on a vehicle on their lot and website.

The price they advertise is 100% false they have so many add-ons. The price goes up about $8000 more than what they’re showing on your website. And they won’t take the hat on off.

Simple and easy process. Great staff!
