Staff took days to answer a simple question via text and email. Upon arrival, it was clearly evident that the car was misrepresented online and on the vehicle information sheet attached to the car. The car was labeled with a higher trim and having more features than it actually had and was therefore priced thousands of dollars too high. The salesman lied about this saying that the vin number gave this information. When I showed him this was not correct he was flippant and rude.

The staff at the dealership was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. They were very transparent with pricing, but I wish they would’ve allowed some negotiation. Financing whisk easy and straightforward, and the overall experience was very pleasant.
