Buick dealerships near me (Shawnee, OK)

this was the best car buying experience I have ever had, was all done when I arrived everything was just as I was told, no surprise's I was only at the dealership little over 1 hour, every one was very nice it was great!!

I am from Texas, and was ready tómale the deal just was waiting for them to send me the papers with the price locked . Suddenly nobody answers for a week. I see they raise the price on the truck, tried communicating with them again. Finally someone answered, continued with the deal and still waiting for the to send me the papers again. The day after they just sent me a message saying the truck was sold.

He they answered my calls, but they supposed to call me back when they get information about the truck, but they never call me back. I don’t know why they use websites to advertise vehicles and they don’t have it & they don’t want to work a deal by remotely, I do a lot of transactions and process by phone with different kind of business, why not buy a new truck. Contactless service/sales??? It’s a liar

Spend all morning on the phone with them trying to work the details out. When we finally got them worked out and decided we would buy the truck we were informed they had already sold the truck earlier that morning. They did nothing but waste my time. Would not recommend them to anyone.
