Buick dealerships near me (Salem, OR)

I was interested in a used truck. Round trip to Salem is about a full day. I had several questions that were answered via e-mail. I was checking each day if the truck was still available. Then, it was gone. So far, no complaints. I inquired if the truck was sold and Nick (my sales contact) said it was still available and to come in. Then the internet site I was following sent a note saying the truck was sold. I've heard this before - buyers are told vehicle is still available, they travel to dealer (sometimes a long distance) and find out it's been sold but no effort made to inform the prospect. That MO is doesn't help the reputation of the dealer or the salesman. Scratch Power off your list.

Fine. Very prompt

Staff was very helpful and answered all our questions. They were knowledgeable but not pushy.

The staff was very helpful, Caleb was awesome. I actually was able to go there on my lunch hour and make my purchase. Finance manager was also very helpful, really can't give them enough credit, no pun intended.

My experience was fantastic Javier/sales rep Made the whole process so easy amd simple if you go to auto town GMC ask for Javier and he will help out getting into a new vehicle he was very professional

My daughter and I looked at several Royal Moore pre-owned vehicles and ended up buying one that we were happy with. Pricing seemed fair. Sales people were knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy.
