Buick dealerships near me (Oxnard, CA)

Messaged with one of the salesmen for two days before driving an hour and a half extra to come down to check out a car. I told him our budget and asked if they would meet that. He said “absolutely.” Came down. Drove the car. Checked it out. Sat down with the finance manager and he said, “sorry to waste your time, but no. We won’t take that.” We wouldn’t have even come down if I hadn’t been told that he “absolutely” would take our budget. Disgusting customer service. Waste of time. Go somewhere else.

Terrible! The representatives are moody, angry and disrespectful even hanging up the phone! The sales manager had the same attitude and was disrespectful! Very disrespectful!

This dealership was very helpful. I had spoke with John and he let me know the vehicle was still available. He even sent me a video of the vehicle. It took me over an hour to get to this dealership, but well worth it. On my arrival I talked to a young sales person named Elijah. He had the vehicle cleaned and waiting for me on my arrival. He also stayed in contact with me the entire time while I was in route to the dealership. Everyone there made it easy for me to purchase the vehicle. Best experience ever from this dealership.

The truck no was any more available, but the staff was very friendly, respectful and helpful most the guy spoke Spanish
