Richard from Dutton was very respectful, responsive, and helpful.

I talk to 3 different sales people there and not one call back. I sent emails stating I was really interested in buying a truck and no reply. They should be reaching out to me, not the other way around. I can only imagine how their customer service is.

All they want is to get you into the dealership. the Ad from Cargurus said it could be delivered and delivery was included in the price with a 7 day right of return. I said, let's do the deal over the phone - I'm 140 miles away. They said I had to come in in person and would not honor the ad. The price was listed at 19,911 but out the door was 27,650 with over 4500 in dealer installed crap that they tell you you need to buy. Zero stars.

This turned out to be a very enjoyable experience! I would recommend Thorson Motor Center Sales Department in a heartbeat! Prior to contacting TMC, I conducted a web search of all available Toyota Highlanders in Southern California. We live in San Diego. I found some at Carmax and other Toyota Dealers because I wanted a certified Toyota or one with a warranty. I found one at this Buick Dealer and made an inquiry. Thomas Gutierrez contacted me after hours and told me what time they opened and that he would send me videos and photos. He also sent me an AutoCheck Full Report. We had a rental car and made an appointment to see the car. Thomas was not available when we arrived. He introduced us to Salesperson Natalee. She was a delight! The car was like new with under 10,000 miles. Carfax verified its condition. We purchased the car with a check from our bank, but still had to see Finance Mgr. Ronald Szymans, who offered more warrantees. He was awesome! We love our Highlander LTD Hybrid!
