I live approximately 5 hours from the dealership and found the car on line. I contacted the dealership and spoke with Ricky Ricardo. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite. I appreciated the fact that I was treated so well without any run around that normally accompanies buying a car. When it was time to formalize paperwork, I was introduced to Kenny who I instantly knew was a good guy because he was wearing a hat that said he was a “Girl dad”! I wouldn’t hesitate at all buying from these two gentlemen again. It’s nice to know that in this day and time, honest and wholesome people do still exist. The staff members at Auto Gallery Chevrolet GMC were very quick to respond to my email inquiries. The vehicle I was interested in was no longer available, but their communication was positively consistent. They were willing to follow up with me several times to see if they had any vehicles that might suit my situation.
