Buick dealerships near me (New Orleans, LA)

Refusal to work with buyers and makes false claims about vehicle value utilizing information that is incorrect

Great team!

It's awesome

Legacy GMC made buying my truck easy and they were so accommodating would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

Rainbow GMC was horrible. They were rude and inconsiderate. They were not clear about pricing or my trade in value. The sales manager offered me a bottle of water and then disappeared for over an hour and returned empty handed. Whatever you can do, do not go there

It was exactly what I came to get .

While my visit wasn't scheduled until after my visit by an AI. I was visiting relatives in Hattiesburg MS, we had traveled from near Jackson, MS & since we were near we decided to visit the Mossy Superstore in Picayune, MS & we made it right before approx 5 pm, dealerships usually stay open a while so no worries. I had talked via phone & texted 3 agents prior to & when we got near & in town to alert them to arrival. Upon visiting, it was limited dialog w/ the agents, wasn't a welcoming environment, not helpful & the Hummer EV wasn't on site. I understood it was being used as a demo, but other staffs family using it didn't sit right with me, because it showed 1 mile on the advertisement, clearly miles being added to it while it's away. It was a disappointing & underwhelming visit & experience there. After such a long travel there & prior speaking w/ them via text & phone I expected better. I said if any future dealings it'll be via phone or computer, no more wasted visits.

Overall very satisfied made the process very easy and stress free.
