The dealer responded almost immediately and was very nice to work with. I traded in a truck and was very happy with the trade amount. A no hassle experience!

Although I didn't purchase a vehicle the communication was top notch.

I messaged the dealer from the site to check if the vehicle was still available. I did get an email back for awhile so I called the dealership and left my phone number asking for a call. Then I did get an email saying that the vehicle (they were not specific about which one I had asked about) was not available. I then emailed them back with my phone number asking for a call. Still no response. So I called the dealership a second time the following day leaving my phone number again. I never received a real phone call from a salesman. I did email them back again letting them know I could be taken off their check on me list and about the communication issues. I understand that we can live in a technological world. However, there is still something to be said about an actual live person returning your call and good customer service.
