Buick dealerships near me (Nacogdoches, TX)

Seemed like they are more interested in playing games and collecting vehicles as opposed to selling vehicles. Salesperson was communicative once I reached someone. I did feel like I had to pry some information out of them regarding the vehicle. Definitely struggled through the agreement process especially with their $1995 Protection Plan they tack on to the price of the vehicle which doesn't provide a lot of value and refused to remove at first unless I financed through them or their lenders. Also had to hear about the usual, "we aren't making any money on the vehicle...you're real lucky that you came when you did because someone came in a few hours ago and I had to turn them away...blah blah blah." Once we agreed on a price and terms, I drive out to the dealership, get midway through the signing process to find out that they "made a mistake" on the terms offered with very little solutions other than "whoops." Very frustrating process for what should have been an easy sale.

very relaxed and very knowledgeable sales and service staff. both my wife and I enjoyed the entire process. they got us in and out in just under two hours and that is with my wife taking it for a test drive so five stars for this dealership. well done cody! well done!
