The salesman, manager and myself reached a trade agreement on the vehicle. The next day when I asked for the paperwork to sign they informed me that they had sold the vehicle out from under me. Shady way of doing business to say the least. When asked how they would make it right they didn’t offer anything. I would not recommend.

I had a real good experience with Hobson Chevrolet. I did not purchase the car on my first trip to the dealership. I did not feel pressured to do so. The next day, I called Bubba(salesman). I let him know I wanted the car. The purchase went smooth. I spent very little time waiting to sign my financial paperwork. Very pleased with my car and the staff at Hobson Chevrolet.

During my search online for a 2026 GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali I noticed Valdosta had a few on sale and my brother n law told me to go down and check out the inventory of GMC Trucks that were on the lot at Prince Valdosta. So I called and was directed to a salesman (Mr. Adams) whom did all the leg work for me because I walked a specific trim package that would accommodate my towing logistics. Needless to say, due to Mr. Adams no none sense demeaner and tons of automotive knowledge SME (Subject Matter Expert) me and my Wife purchased a Quality Vehicle at Prince Valdosta.

I feel like they could've taken a little bit better care of me on my purchase. before I left the lot a light came on my dash, I backed up and told them. We shut the vehicle off, the light went off but then came back on a few miles down the road. it never did it on the test drive or I wouldn't have bought it. I paid the asking price on the vehicle, they did however put a new tire on and when that tire came in they tested the battery, it was fine but they replaced it anyway. I do appreciate these things but when trying to figure out why my auto stop/start system is a fail, I felt they kinda just sent me on my way and finally gave me the name of a mechanic who takes the extended warranty I purchased but all this means is I'll be without a vehicle while it's in the shop. i was told the vehicle was taken to Jacksonville and the driver said it was good but I really doubt that. there's no way that light didn't come on for that person so they should've had this taken care of before selling it
