Pretty straight forward dealing with Tanner. It helps when you do your homework on the vehicle you’re shooting for and when you’re pre-approved for financing with your own bank. Great service, couldn’t be happier with them.

I called this dealership about this vehicle. They told me that you had to have a fan number to purchase this vehicle. They then tried to push other vehicles on me but I was only interested in the truck in the ad. They need to change their ad to include that regular people can't buy certain vehicles there. Very bait and switch.

Put the car on the website and carguru, then called about it and said it was being taken to recon, then get a notification it was sold, so it didn’t make sense since they said it was going to recon, so called they said it was going to auction now, then they gave numerous random calls of if I wanted an update on the car like they didn’t just tell me that it was going to auction, no communication bad professionalism. 1 star
