They’ve had the vehicle listed for 158 days. I call a friend to go over there and check out the vehicle. It had a dent in the rear fender that was not there on their photos. I emailed them made them an offer with the dent fixed . I finally heard back from him after I had to call to ask if they got the email. He stated he was running around putting out fires and had not gotten a chance. The salesman stated, oh your a cash buyer from out of state it’s our policy to charge a $1000 premium. I told him well you’ll never see me at all so I bought a brand new vehicle in my local dealer, even though he did not have what I wanted. The win is what I bought I love so maybe their policy did me a favor.

Very nice people. But the waiting time to have someone come look at a vehicle with you and to get things done is long. It took about 20 minutes for them to come out and test drive with us; and they did try to lie about the vehicles damage. Overall satisfying experience with this traverse, nice salesmen.

They responded fast and got me an appointment to test drive as soon as possible. I ended up loving the car and waved away with it that day. They made the paperwork go by as fast as possible and had a nice little system to make sure get got out in a timely manner. Claudia my sales rep was also very kind and patient with my children and I. High recommended her to go though she was such a sweet heart
