Overall a good experience. Worked a great deal with the salesman, only for another guy to lower my trade value at the end of negotiations . was not happy about that . It was kind of backwards as in my past vehicle dealings. it’s like being sucked in to keep you there longer , then right before you do the deal , they lower your trade value from what you were told .

I wanted to purchase the car, but was never given a chance. Told them I felt a safety issue with the truck (which they agreed and determined to fix). While I was waiting for it to be fixed, they went and sold it to another individual without asking me to put money down (which I gladly would have, if given the opportunity).

Rob was very helpful and showed me several options for my money. We decided to hold off on buying right now, through no fault of the dealership or salesperson. I would recommend this dealership and especially, Rob, to anyone in the market for a car!
