Very good dealership. Great inventory and great people. Planning on making the drive next week to see the vehicle.

I found a vehicle I was interested in, the dealership reached out. At the beginning everything was going great the sent me videos of the vehicle, discussed miles, condition etc. I then asked for an OTD price I was given a pretty high amount considering the asking price, when I looked at the photo of the contract they emailed me I noticed they added a warranty of $3995.00$!$! That I did not ask for and they did not discuss with me beforehand (very deceptive). When I saw that I told them I would like an out the door price with out the warranty. It took awhile but when they finally emailed it to me I agreed to the price, even though I was not happy with their first tactic. I asked them if they would be able to hold the vehicle until I received my funds I was waiting on, I was told as long as I completed an online application they could. So I did that. Yesterday I received an email from CarGurus that the vehicle had sold!!

I wish I never came to this dealership. They sold me a car with defects they didn't disclose, were not transparent about the price, and sent me off with a vehicle that I couldn't return to them. They actively avoided my calls when I tried to resolve the issue. The salespeople here are pushy, and definitely double even triple check your contract, they changed the cost after we had already agreed on a number. Would absolutely avoid this place.
