Allen brothers truly has top tier customer service. They were very helpful and pleasant from beginning to end. When the car I wanted wasn’t what I could get, they helped me with the next best option for me.

I submitted an online inquiry for an Audi Q8 and a sales rep (Romel) responded the same day, Saturday, Feb 14th. Initially the car was posted with no real pictures. I asked The rep Romel, on the phone, to send me pictures, he never did. Instead of sending me pictures, he sends me a car fax. I followed up on Wednesday, requesting an update and he informs me that the car was getting a safety check . I then followed up requesting a test drive on the vehicle, on Thursday, I received no response. I then called the dealership on Friday, requested a different rep, scheduled a test drive for 2:30 pm. The rep then tells me the car was sold at 1 pm that day. Terrible experience and waste of time.

The owner David was very professional and made the transaction seamless. Highly recommend and would not hesitate doing business with them again.

The dealer I worked with was attentive to my needs and very responsive to my emails. We didn’t end up purchasing because we couldn’t reach an agreed upon price but they worked with me to try to meet my needs. Much better than most dealerships.
