Good customer service

I asked the salesman to put some fuel in the vehicle so we could at least get out of the city. Nope. Toyota’s come with 2 keys. I asked for 2 keys the Salesman says I think they’re 2 keys. Guess what? Nope. Got home and the next day and “battery” messages on the truck screen….checked the battery….i had to add distilled water…4 of the 6 cells were way down. Who checked that? Would not buy from them again.

Wish I would’ve had more time to devote to the process unfortunately, I’ve taken a hit in my battle of cancer. It says subdued my efforts, but they seem like a great team ready to help somebody get a vehicle.

Great experience

Karan and the team at Smart Honda in White Hall made the entire process of trade in, buying and financing effortless and quick. The Lexus was exactly as described and we were in and out in under an hour. Communication was great as we were out of state buyers. I would highly recommend them for a car purchase.

Eddie was the salesman who helped me, and he is great. I reached out a week before I was able to come in, he answered all the questions he was able to and got back to me with the questions he didn’t know. He followed up with me throughout the week and was very helpful when I was finally able to get there. I was not excited about trading in my car, but he understood that I was having trouble letting go of my old car and gave me some time to really think through it. Since purchasing, he has followed up with me daily about a few things they agreed to, to help with the sale. They were very professional and easy to work with. Hopefully I won’t have to buy another car for a very long time, but I’ll be revisiting them for my next purchase.
