Don't bother, seriously. The initial response is generated. They'll try to get your phone number. Don't give it. They never sent me an out the door price breakdown after asking twice. Said they would get in touch shortly. Never did. Very shady.

Responded with good information and was willing to set up time to test drive the vehicle. I am out of town till next Tuesday but will contact the dealership and set up an appointment to look at the vehicle.

Had been speaking with one of their dealers for about a week, they have been saying no issues with the truck whatsoever. So i get it all set up with the bank, and go to look at it. Right off the bat, it looks nothing like the pictures. Its got dents and chips all over the place not in the pictures. the truck is filthy, couldn’t even bother to have it cleaned before i came to look. The paint looks like its had a brillo pad ran in circles everywhere. Rocker panels and cab corners are rotted and rusted to hell and ready to cave in with the slight push of my hand. The bed is losing sheetmetal just dragging my finger along the lip of the wheel well. Tires are low tread and dry rotted to hell. I drive it, bad vibration in the wheel with a hard pull to the right. Not a single person at this dealership says they had the slightest clue about any of this.

I spoke to Edgar and he was helpful. He didn’t seem really motivated. I was very interested in the car but was just a little Leary of a smaller car dealership and the negative reviews.

The staff was amazing! Very glad I decided to make the drive up there from Richmond. The service and car were well worth the trip!
