Really great place to do business. I am a auto broker DBA KOH/DCH auto brokers and rarely do business with used car dealers.But I must say I would refer anyone to do business with Arch Auto..Will and his team went above and beyond to work with me for a third party past customer of ours. If I could get my team to be like like his I be able to take a day off one in a while..

For some reason, in this place they told me that I can't come and ask what they have in stock. I guess I don't look right or I just came at the wrong time, there were 0 visitors in the store. In any other you will be welcome.

Made appointment and sold to someone else without informing previous customer that had interest first. Poor customer service!!!
