The two gentlemen (Frank and Angel) who gave me the test drive (Frank) and handled the sales process (Angel) were both great, thou none of them would budge in negotiating the price nor offered more financing options, which left me heartbroken … especially after discovering several flaws in the car that didn’t show in photos or were visible at night when first visited for the test drive. The car was not gold Certified. It was in an accident. The dealer charges an extra 1000 dollar admin fee which the salesman said is needed keep the water and lights on. Crazy

The East Hartford dealer said they will bring it there so I can see it i made it to my appointment and no one had a clue about bringing the vehicle from Fairfield to East Hartford then a manager does another appointment for the following Monday said he will have it at East Hartford for me then before my appointment I get a call saying the vehicle is not available
