My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from Big O’s Used Cars and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The team was professional, transparent, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable with our decision. They walked us through the paperwork, explained everything clearly, and didn’t rush us at all. The vehicle was clean, fairly priced, and exactly what we were looking for. It’s hard to find honest dealerships these days, but this one really stands out. 10/10 Highly recommend!

They contacted me very quickly an did not play or anything they had me in an out in a good timely manner

Our sales consultant was extremely helpful without a trace of being pushy or demanding. She went above and beyond to furnish us several options based on our preferences for cars availble at her dealership. Our option list was detailed and curated to match the perameters of make, model, mileage, and price we put forward to her, and while we have not made a decision, it will be difficult to find other cars elsewhere that are such good matches with what we are looking for.
