specific 2022 M4 Competition xDrive. The salesperson sent me full pricing and the window sticker, so I made a fair market offer and said I could inspect and close within the week. I was then told a deposit had just been placed and the car was “pending” — yet it stayed listed on both their website and CarGurus, and instead of countering my offer, I was repeatedly pushed toward a much more expensive new M4. Reading other reviews here describing the same thing — a specific car suddenly “pending” or “sold” while still advertised — it’s hard not to see a pattern. I never felt they actually intended to sell the car I asked about. A disappointing waste of a genuine buyer’s time. My advice to others: get everything in writing, and be cautious of “deposit” claims on cars that remain listed.

Despite numerous pre-visit , unnecessary and annoying texts and emails regarding the appointment, and my repeated confirmation of the day and time- there was no one at the dealership when I arrived on time. Several phone calls were necessary to get someone there a half hour later. The Nissan had no brakes and every light in the dash was lit. Every vehicle on the lot had catastrophic issues - rust, bad transmissions, frame damage etc. several shady characters arrived concurrent with the salesman and lurked menacingly in the corps the lot. When I got in my car to leave they also got in a car and sped away. It seemed like they were there to rob me.every vehicle on the lot was junk and the experience was creepy.
