Purchased vehicle! Jonathan was awesome!! He quickly responded to all my questioned and tolerated my indecisiveness over vehicles. Fair trade in value, nice incentives.

Terrible communication. Car had a check engine light and I inquired about this. I was told I would be contacted by someone at the dealership on several occasions via text message but was never contacted back to discuss the check engine light. I’m no longer interested in dealing with them based on their lack of communication. It leaves me feeling as if they’re trying to hide something or at the very least fail to communicate amongst themselves.

It's was a smooth stress free process

On December 26, at 9:00 am, We went to their dealership for the second time to look at and confirm we wanted topurchase a used truck. We offered them hand money, and they said they didn't accept hand money but agreed to hold the truck until Monday so our money could be transferred into our checking account. We shook hands and left knowing the truck was ours. At 2:00, they called to say they sold the truck out from under us. We would not recommend them to anyone. They proved their word was not to be trusted. Our money was in our bank account on Friday, and on Friday, we purchased another truck from a different Ford dealer. We would recommend them to everyone.

Excellent. Professional. And Courteous. Would definitely recommend to all who may inquire about them. Absolutely Wonderful experience!
