After driving 2.5 hours from Newark Delaware,My wife and I test drove the vehicle and upon leaving the parking lot on to the highway we immediately heard a load grinding noise coming from the right rear of the car when I asked the salesman what the noise was he implied it's the brakes on addition to the steering wheel pulling hard to the right he also implied it could be the brakes back at the office I asked why they hadn't been repaired it after 355 days at the dealership, he suggested an extended warranty costing $1200-$2500, we decided against the purchase and 200 mile drive home in an unsafe vehicle, we then received a phone call explaining the owner knew it was a wheel bearing ( even more dangerous !) and they would repair it , needles to say I wouldn't trust them to sale us a car. My and I where furious that they would have allowed us to drive home in a vehicle in that conditionHope this helps STAY AWAY from this dealership!!!!!!!!!!

Not good at being responsive. Hasn’t yet tried to work with me as a costumer. They have not responded back to me in over 2 weeks. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership!

I can’t recommend Econo Auto Inc enough! I messaged the site after seeing a 2019 Ford Police Interceptor I’ve been on the market for and Hasan immediately called me and worked with my schedule for me to arrive at the dealership on such short notice! I was excited because Hasan was willing to entertain a trade-in for my old vehicle for a newer Police Interceptor! First impressions; Hasan and his father are very passionate about helping the customer. They are very honest, transparent and reasonable salesman. I did not feel pressured at all to make a decision and I could tell they wanted me to walk away happy! Hasan is super friendly and personable and walked me through the entire trade in process, what each piece of paperwork meant, and he disclosed every piece of information on the Interceptor I was purchasing! Even with my vehicles age; we were still able to come together and work a deal out that both parties were in agreement on!

drove two hours to get there, and when I arrived, they told me the car was in the mechanic shop. They also refused to provide the vehicle report. It was a complete waste of my time and money, especially since gas is not cheap.

I would rather get a root canal than ever do business with a car dealership. This was my first time trying to buy through a dealership and the experience was a nightmare from start to finish. Getting clear, direct answers about pricing, fees, and financing was like pulling teeth—everything felt vague, deflected, or redirected into more questions instead of straight information. I could never get a clean, transparent out-the-door breakdown without repeated follow-ups, and even then it never felt complete. The whole process felt unnecessarily opaque, and I eventually walked away entirely and bought from a private seller on Craigslist, which was far more straightforward. This experience made it impossible to trust or feel comfortable moving forward with a dealership purchase.

I wish you could give something higher than 5 stars. This dealer is incredible! I started my career in car sales over a decade ago and I didn't do as good of a job as Scott and Chris. Their process is fast and pain free. Myself and my brother were most impressed by the way they stock their inventory. Most dealers are just looking for the quickest and easiest margin vehicles to turn around. Chris on the other hand buys cars based on their carfax history report. Only buying cars that he would drive himself that have been properly maintained. In an industry so devoid of trust, Chris and Scott have it in spades.

Communication was very well, but he didn’t tell me that the front bumper was swapped out. The car had a few minor little dents and dings in it so I didn’t really worry too much about but the motor was ticking so I didn’t buy the car.. the car wasn’t inspected either so it was ready to buy the same day
