I had a very positive and pleasant buying experience at Nerger’s. Ernie, the salesman was great. He made the entire experience smooth and painless. Ernie is straightforward, honest, and no nonsense. Nerger’s is definitely a good place to go for anyone looking for a solid used car from a trustworthy source.

Communication was accurate and in a timely manner and they disclose everything including any issues the car have so I like their transparency.

They were very responsive and customer friendly.

I saw the Alfa Romeo on Car Gurus stating that there was no damage to the vehicle. When i arrived the front bumper clip was broken and the bumper was falling, there was a massive dent on the front lip, the brakes would shake when i was test driving the car, 2 torn tires, and even worse THERE WAS STILL AN AFTERMARKET KILL SWITCH ON THE BATTERY which they were supposedly unaware of. This all comes after the salesman “Obie” claimed that the car underwent a full inspection at an alfa romeo dealership down the road. When these concerns were brought up, the salesman claimed there wasn’t much he could do besides reimburse for the clip but couldn’t reimburse me for the full bumper because it was “too expensive” despite them not disclosing it anywhere that the car was in bad condition. Overall a very disappointing experience and i don’t recommend this place to anybody who wants to buy a used car from them.

The car was very dirty, mud was highly visible outside of the car. The price was about $5000 higher compared to other dealer. The price transparency missing, the car was called as CPO, but when sales person gave me the price included $3000 as CPO cost.
