Well spoke with the guy about financing from our of state told him I’d put money down, he ran my credit then ignored me all day and sold the car to someone else. Terrible service. Snakey behavior

I had an appointment set up with Rey to drive the car. When I arrived at the scheduled day and time Rey was not there and the car had been sold. Staff was not helpful and could care less of their mistake.

Blair who was my personal 1st contact was absolutely fantastic. I had been to a few other dealerships,,,and go the same type of run around,,,they wanted to sell me a vehicle of " their" choice. She was fantastic, no pressure just easy to go through the process.Yes I ended up buying a vechile through them. I could tell in the 1st few minutes we could do business. I completely recommend at least seeing them before you buy!

I liked the car and it might have been priced right, the issue is the Hybrid batteries. The car, 100k miles and 14 years on the batteries. Lexus states the hybrid battery life is 8-10 years. It will cost the buyer $3990 to purchase new batteries, then they will have the cost of installation to contend with.
