This dealership responded very quickly and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was able to discuss everything over the phone, and ended up purchasing this car the same day. I worked directly with Junior, and couldn't have asked for anyone better.

My experience was good to start off, not great, but good. However, after I purchased the vehicle I found some issues. In particular a leaky roof. The dealer has chosen to avoid responsibility for this issue. I realize now that there were several issues that he had to have know about, but pretended not know. This is very unfortunate. I should have known. Based on my total experience to date, I would not recommend or buy another vehicle from this dealer. If I were asked in the beginning my answer would have been different, but my overall experience changes that, unfortunately. They seem like good people but business deal needs to be an end to end experience.

I went to FAZZA to test drive a couple of cars - a Toyota hybrid and a Mitsubishi Outlander. When I climbed in the Hybrid to test drive it, the middle of the dash said "Hybrid Error. Return to Dealer for Service". The salesman had not noticed when he drove the car to the door, and had no clue what to do about the message. The Mitsubishi sounded/felt like someone had put sand in the drivetrain. I left as soon as possible.
