Was helped my James, sold me the Truck and was very transparent and helpful for a first time buyer. What really showed me these guys were good people was them covering some issues i had with the vehicle after the purchase. They have a returning customer with me!

I expressed interest in this vehicle, test drove it and was contacted by a team lead (Stephanie), sales manager (Chris)and the general manager(Carl). However, when it came time to purchase the vehicle and told my sales person to initiate the process, Anya ask for my preapproval cert and application which I provided. Communicating that she was working on it only to receive a text three hours that the vehicle sold? Imagine my confusion all that time spent and mind you they ran my credit with 3 different banks other than the one I was already approved for. Team lead was the only one who apologized that she was "sorry about how it played out" I highly recommend they note a vehicle as pending sale so this doesn't happen to someon else. This was a very negative experience and I hope they improve their process and communication. I do not recoomend this dealer.
