Dealerships near me (Boerne, TX)

This dealership tried to sell me a car with a badly maintained engine that was on the edge of breaking. They lied and said the car was mechanical sound. I had a professional look at the car and they said the engine will need to be replaced very soon. I would not trust the people at the Genesis dealership. They tried to price the car as if it was in perfect working condition and not as a car that would need a lot of work to be done to it. They also had no intention of lowing thr price or doing the work to the engine to be able to see a car that was trust worthy and worth buying as a costumer.

Unwanted warranties pushed hard. They ask repeatedly what would get you into the vehicle today after you already told them. So many options out there why waste your time.

This dealership is misleading and poor communication, very deceiving. Time of responses long and I was handed off to many sales people who dont know what was communicated to the last salesperson. They mention they want to work with you but only want to waist your time.

Kaitlyn was very fast and punctual with all information and vehicle.

I wrote the dealer an email requesting pictures and request requesting the bottom line Price, and I haven't heard anything back

Staff was professional, patient, and courteous. Nice waiting facilities.

I really enjoyed my customer experience. They were kind, transparent, and had great doggie greeters. My Jeep wagoneer was in beautiful condition.
