This dealership is misleading and poor communication, very deceiving. Time of responses long and I was handed off to many sales people who dont know what was communicated to the last salesperson. They mention they want to work with you but only want to waist your time.

Deal was made over the phone. I asked if any dents or scratches. I was told it was in excellent condition. Took a day off and drove 2 1/2 hrs one way to find out it was all dented? Wasted a vacation day! Not happy at all.

Until they get rid of all of the extra fees associated with buying from their dealership I would not buy from this dealership.

I really enjoyed my customer experience. They were kind, transparent, and had great doggie greeters. My Jeep wagoneer was in beautiful condition.
