CarGurus, Dealer Initial contact was somewhat delayed. Due to family circumstances it was totally acceptable. Glad all is well! I can only rate an 3 out of 5 since I've not dealt with this dealership personally. So I'll be fair and rate right in the middle of the road. Merely making an inquiring on a Ram 1500. However, the response so far has been good. Dealer explained the vehicle I was interested in had been sold just recently. The pricing was key in searching the inventory available here! As I continue to shop; I will definitely look at their inventory. In my years of buying from small dealerships and big dealerships (which started small). Excellent at lowballing customers on their trade-ins. Communication is very rocky, you’d think they don’t want customers. Could be better. There’s room for improvement.

The service is trash! The salesperson Jesus ran my information where i took a ctedit hit and never called back with an update or anything. Want to blame on his manager! Will NEVER waste my time with such a dealership

Overall a wonderful experience. I had to drive 4 hours but other than that all went well and as planned.
