I sent a request for additional pictures - I specifically wanted to see pictures of the undercarriage. I was told I would get them the next day. After not receiving the pictures, I emailed back with another request. I have still never been sent the pictures. Multiple emails were immediately met with an AI email response. I called & talked to Conrad & he told me he would have a staff member text me the photos. Still didn’t get the pictures, so I texted again & was told they would get them to me the next day. Still didn’t get them - that was 3 days ago. Since then, I have texted & emailed. The only response has been another AI email response. I am an out of town buyer & getting as much info/pictures as possible would help me with the decision as to whether I make the 400+ mile trip to physically inspect the Jeep. The lack of transparency & communication has been beyond unacceptable.

This car dealer was informative, helpful and full of personality. Owner Jorge, took all the time to answer questions and provide information about prospective vehicles. The vibe, cleanliness and top shelf customer service was bar none, a "Cut Above the Rest! Tania & Noly were supportive and made sure that they explained each and every step in process. Excellent teamwork and you can tell that it is a happy work environment from the manner in which they communicated with me, as a customer. "Team work makes the dreamwork!" I will definitely refer folks to them.

Someone got back to me right away, and communicated with me. We discussed financing, but the financing that I did qualify for, doesn't qualify with them, unfortunately. He did say to do what I can. and we'd discuss the price. So, very nice and professional salesman, that I had talked to.
