I had a nice experience with this dealership. They were transparent with the whole process. I didn’t spend too much extra time and got what I came for. Thank you Mike and Chris for making the process painless.

Showed up ad scheduled for my appointment. Had my car title in hand. After some time of my salesman scuttling back and forth with his manager, another manager told me they couldn't allow me to drive the car as their mechanics hadn't inspected the car. Car has a current inspection, BTW. Bait and switch, of course they tried to sell me another car. Nope. Their advertising is clickbait. That was over a week ago, I have heard nothing that the car is ready to drive. It is however still listed. I would have given this dealership 0 stars. I emphatically do not recommend Reading Mitsubishi.

Waste of time and all. Did the applicatiom online. Got a text message. Asked if i heard from a sales person. Said no. Than it was repeat text after text close to 20 per day. Finally saleman calls. Cant find my application than my credit gets hit several times. No one called to say we found it nothing. Never again
