I was looking at a Car after 1 day of speaking getting my financing done Kristy and Todd did a great job I was going to get the car shipped I was told it was sold to some one else — no one knows why I was puzzled to say the least after speaking to the Sales Manager O Well live and learn Never Experienced anything like this

Conversation went well. Unfortunately I am finding that there are absolutely no dealership’s anywhere that can help or understand that disabled persons on disability income cannot afford huge payments nor can they come up with a down payment. We are on a once a month fixed income!! But still need reliable vehicles with very low payments. Wish someone would open a dealership that was strictly for disabled people on disability income. It would really help us out. I can’t even make it to appointments or get to the grocery store sometimes. Overall though had a decent conversation with your staff.

I'm not from the local area but drove a distance to get the car. The vehicle was a fleet loaner and it was not detailed very well on the inside which I found out after I arrived home. The finance guy told me I had to go to the original dealership to get a refund on an extended warranty which I was told by another dealer was not true. If I knew my regular dealer could have traded for the vehicle I wouldn't have driven. I won't ever go back to this dealer. My local area dealer is where I will stick for now. Wouldn't budge on the trade either and car listed at a very significant profit. Salesman was fine to deal with but overall don't recommend dealer.
