Given my recent experience, I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I saw their pictures that they uploaded and everything seemed fine but once I got there, there was a dent in the car that wasn’t disclosed or shown on the pictures. It didn’t bother me enough though so I bought the car. They said they had checked everything and the car was in perfect condition. Less than 24 hours later, I noticed a transmission leak. They helped which was good but once it was getting fixed there was no communication whatsoever. I had to keep calling just to get an update on the car. They never called me. They gave me several dates that the car would be ready but every time it would be the date, they said they found something else that was wrong with the car or needing to order more parts. I even tried calling my service advisor multiple times and she never called back. The only time I spoke to her was when my car was ready and it was in the shop for 2 weeks. I personally wouldn’t buy another car here.

I just received the truck a few days ago and I love it. I bought it sight unseen because I live in Hawaii, and the two people I dealt with @ Redlands Toyota were amazing. The truck is exactly how they exclaimed it to be. They even sent me an exact video walk around of the truck's exterior and engine bay, as I requested, which is what determined my direction to purchase it.
